The wine is a 50/50 blend of St. Helena and Rutherford Sauvignon Blanc. The wine has concentrated aromatics of fresh tropical/citrus fruit and thiols. Crisp acidity and slick in texture. Wine has been racked off of heavy lees and sulfur adjusted. This lot was part of our overall blend but we needed to reduce our bottled case quantity. Wine is currently being stored in four neutral French oak barrels and a 15 gallon stainless steel keg.
