Solid, well-established Zin grapes available from a 3 acre vineyard. We average 2.4 tons per acre on a trellised zin block. Each year, we thin approximately 20% of the clusters on the ground during verasion to concentrate sugars. Other vineyard practices includes spring suckering, leaf thinning and deficit irrigation. Grapes are hand-harvested and delivered to Sonoma County address. The grapes go into a $38 zin bottling of which samples of the wines are avail to taste. No Round Up!
