This is a classic Amador County Zinfandel.Fruit forward mixed berry aromas with hints of exotic nutmeg and clove. The French oak aging contributes hints of smoke, bakers chocolate and french vanilla. Perfectly balanced from start to finish. A wine selling locally for $26 to $32 a bottle. Estate grown fruit fermented in open top fermenters, aged in French oak barrels for 18 months. Bottled in Bordeaux A.G.premium glass. Premium Cork finished with a black foil. You can label as Zin or Primitivo.
