Description:
Aged in old French, German & American barrels for 5—18 months. We produced 3430 cases of this varietal blend of 87% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Merlot, 2% Petit Verdot & 1% Syrah.
And from a review by Alder Yarrow:
"Dark garnet in color, this wine smells of crushed herbs, graphite, tobacco and cherry. In the mouth, juicy cherry, cedar and graphite flavors sit under a nice gauzy blanket of tannins and wonderful brightness thanks to excellent acidity. 13.6% alcohol. Score: between 9 and 9.5."
