Sister wineries Cade and PlumpJack of Napa Valley held a seminar recently about screw caps and corks, inviting representatives for both closures and a popular synthetic alternative, as well as Dr. Andrew Waterhouse of UC Davis, to discuss the closures and sample the impact.
