Money Available for New Purchases -- Wineries optimistic, with lots of lender dollars, but face uncharted stainless futures.

Leading into 2010 we predicted capital expenditure would remain fairly flat, and that after a slow 2009, wineries would probably be happy to sit on the fence. Year-end feedback from vendors and lenders pretty much confirmed our thoughts.
