Notably, 2010 proved to be a difficult
year in which to negotiate and close wine industry transactions. Overall, the market was relatively quiet, with the exception of a few headliners, such as the sale of Chalk Hill Estate to Foley Family Wines and Diageo’s sale leaseback transaction with Realty Income Corp.
