Tank sales slow as many wineries make due, while bulk wine facilities operate near capacity.

One of the main reasons wineries purchase new tanks is to handle expansions in production; but this year tank purchasing has been thrown off due to a general decline in planting and wine consumption driven by the slumped economy.
