Innovative Design Features at Fetzer's new Paso Robles Winery
Mar 2001 Issue of Wine Business Monthly
Fetzer's new winery in Paso Robles can crush up to 5,000 tons of grapes, producing roughly 300,000 cases of wine. During the 2000 crush, the new winery processed some 4,650 tons of red varietals: mostly Cabernet and Merlot but also some Zinfandel and Syrah. The winery crushes Central Coast fruit for Fetzer's Eagle Peak Merlot and Valley Oaks Cabernet, though the winery may in the future support a new Central Coast brand.Facts at a GlanceAddress: 8998 North River Road P.O.
