Wineries and Winemaking The Mumm Perrier Jouët Group, a division of Pernod Ricard, appointed Didier Mariotti as chief winemaker for Champagne G.H. Mumm. Mariotti succeeds Dominique Demarville, who is moving to take over a similar position at Veuve Clicquot. Demarville joined Mumm in 1998 and did much to transform the quality of Mumm Champagne.
