The mood during the 2006 Unified Wine and Grape Symposium, held in Sacramento, California, January 24-26, was upbeat amid record attendance. Show organizers streamlined the registration process by enticing attendees to pre-register and by adding staff to work the registration tables; and it seemed to work.
