California Record California Wine Grape Crush In the Preliminary Crush Report, the California Agricultural Statistics Service said the 2005 crush, which includes the table and raisin grape harvests, was the largest harvest to date. The total reached 4.32 million tons, up 19.44 percent from 2004.
