Ted Baseler is president and CEO of Ste. Michelle Wine Estates, based in Woodinville, Washington. He joined the company in 1984 when it consisted of just one winery, Chateau Ste. Michelle, the oldest winery in Washington state, with roots back to the end of Prohibition in 1934.
