Most small wineries that produce, say, 5,000 to 20,000 cases per year, got started with very limited bottling equipment, usually a "bench-top" manual filler and possibly a semi-automatic labeler. As wineries grow and production expands, winemakers face one of two options: either hire a mobile bottling trailer or purchase a bottling line.
