Easter was quiet at Jake Lorenzo's house but not entirely uneventful. Chuy showed up with some cabrito (baby goat) and a magical paste he made out of chiles, spices and garlic. We rubbed the paste all over the goat, covered it with agave leaves and put it into a wet burlap sack. We placed the sack into my Cajun microwave, threw the charcoal on top and spent the next four hours tending the fire and sipping various bottles of wine.
