A new Perrier Jouët Champagne is being relaunched as the brand's most exclusive and expensive. The Fleur de Champagne Blanc de Blancs will join the Fleur de Champagne brut and rosé as Perrier Jouët's top-level products. The Champagne, first introduced in 1999 when Seagram owned the brand, is made entirely from Chardonnay grown in a 10-acre Perrier Jouët-owned Grand Cru Vineyard in the village of Cramant.
