Fine-Tuning Your Fill Levels
Correcting for fill levels, ullage pressure and temperature are all requirements to prevent leakage over time as chilled wine warms and expands.

Just when you thought you were home free, when the only thing remaining to do is get the wine packaged and on its way, bottling it can be a complicated situation. The Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) requires all 750ml bottles to be filled with exactly the same amount of wine at 20°C (68°F).
