The traditionally bustling excitement of harvest season became both more traditional and exciting than usual this year at the Robert Mondavi Winery in Napa Valley, as 56 new oak fermentation tanks were successfully christened with grapes from Mondavi's To Kalon Vineyard.The 5,000-gallon tanks are conical, approximately 11-feet tall and rise from a 10-foot base to a top nine feet in diameter.
