On a quiet Monday morning, Jake Lorenzo saunters through the front door to Chuy's Burrito Palace. He pours a cup of coffee, steps behind the counter, pulls out the bottle of Hornitos and adds a shot to his cup. He sits down on his stool, "la silla de Jake" and wonders where Chuy has gone.
