NortheastNew York Restaurant diners will be able to take home unfinished bottles of wine under the state's new "wine doggy bag" law. "The legislation, sponsored by Sen. Steve Saland, R-Poughkeepsie, allows an unfinished bottle to be taken home if it was purchased with a full-course meal," the Poughkeepsie Journal reported.
