The ASEV 2004 annual meeting was, as always, quite interesting for the technically-inclined winemaker. This year's meeting was no exception. Highlighting the conference was a pair of symposia: the first a viticultural symposium on Soils and Vine Mineral Nutritions, and the second an enological one on Brettanomyces.
