I would like to mention, however that I did attend Vinquiry's very interesting seminar on sulfur compounds recently. The subject of sulfur compounds is particularly interesting one as so-called sulfur-problems like H2S and mercaptans can get their start in the vineyard, but only get noticed in the cellar.
