Another interesting research paper to cross my desk recently was published in the most recent Australian Journal of Grape and Wine Research. In it an Aussie-American group of researchers studied the lead levels of juice and wine from two Australian wineries. Usually the lead levels in wine are quite low, generally well below 30 µg/L.
