Major news this month is Allied-Domecq's purchase of California's Mumm Cuvee Napa from Diageo, and the merger of Brian McGuigan and Simeon wines in Australia.During February the Dow began to inch up, rising 2.03%, while Nasdaq continued its decline, dropping 9.75%. Our Wine Business Stock Index rose 3.22% since the beginning of the month.
