Ravenswood, Blackstone Show How to Sell

The sale of Blackstone Winery for $140 million in October and Ravenswood for $151 million in July surprised many wine industry observers. These transactions reflected the highest multiples of revenues paid in any $50 million and up sale of a US winery in over two years.
