Tokaj, Hungary: An Impressive Diversity

For 10 years there's never been such a tremendous activity in Tokaj-Hegyalja. In fact, this small wine region in the northeastern part of Hungary, not far from Ukraine, Slovakia and Romania, continues to attract more investors than anywhere else in the world, a 4,000-hectare vineyard that produces the mythic sweet wine named Tokaji Aszu.Everything started at the end of the eighties.
