Retail Sales: Off-premise Wine Sales Increase 9 Percent in April

Off-premise total wine sales increased 9 percent from the same period for the previous year in the four weeks ending April 26, 2014*, according to Nielsen-tracked data. In the 52 weeks ending April 26, wine sales increased 4.1 percent. Domestic wine sales saw strong growth, increasing 9.4 percent in the four weeks ending April 26.
