Retail Sales: Off-Premise Wine Sales Increase 4.2 Percent Through January

Off-premise total wine sales increased 4.2 percent from the same period of the previous year in the four weeks ending Feb. 1, 2014, according to Nielsen-tracked data. In the 52 weeks ending Feb. 1, wine sales increased 4.5 percent. Domestic wine sales increased 4.6 percent while imported wine sales grew 3.1 percent in the four weeks ending Feb. 1.
