Last November, the American Rainwater Catchment Systems Association (ARCSA) announced a milestone decision: Rainwater Catchment Systems (ARCSA/ASPE/ANSI 63-2013) were approved as an American National Standard by the American National Standards Institute, thereby removing the outdated EPA prejudice, which long held that rain was non-potable, grey or run-off water.
