Rainwater Harvesting Gains National Certification
New rules mean wineries can now include rain collection for potable applications throughout the entire winemaking process.

Last November, the American Rainwater Catchment Systems Association (ARCSA) announced a milestone decision: Rainwater Catchment Systems (ARCSA/ASPE/ANSI 63-2013) were approved as an American National Standard by the American National Standards Institute, thereby removing the outdated EPA prejudice, which long held that rain was non-potable, grey or run-off water.
