Wine Business Monthly’s annual Salary Survey Report reflects a year of steadying. Overall, wine industry positions showed a 2.4 percent average increase in base salaries this year, compared to the previous year’s slightly higher increase of 3.1 percent (Chart 1). Half (56 percent) of all wine industry jobs in 2013 showed an increase in salary while 26 percent showed a decrease, and 18 percent stayed about the same.
