Retail Sales Analysis: Off-Premise Wine Sales Increase 4.8 Percent Through March

Off-premise wine sales data increased 4.8 percent from the same period of the previous year in the four weeks ending March 2, 2013, according to Nielsen-tracked data. In the 52 weeks ending March 2, wine sales increased 5.3 percent. Domestic wine sales increased 5.5 percent while imported wine sales grew 3.2 percent in the four weeks ending March 2.
