2012 Salary Survey Report
Salaries Up 3 Percent, Most positions see salary increases this year, particularly marketing, sales and managerial positions.

This year’s Salary Survey Report reflects increasing optimism across the wine industry. Average overall salaries for key industry jobs increased 3.1 percent. This is compared to 2011’s 2.3 percent increase and 2010’s small 1.3 percent increase ( Chart 1). Half of all wine industry jobs showed an increase in salary while 32 percent showed a decrease, and 17 percent stayed the same.
