DESCRIPTION: CO2 concentration, opening torque, fill level and Brix are the most frequently checked quality parameters in beverages. The Steinfurth CPA system consists of modular, extendable, rugged measuring devices designed for use at the filling line or in the laboratory. By means of a bar code reader, the CPA automatically selects the appropriate spec limits, measuring procedures and calculation formulae then collects them in one central database with all results delivered by the single instrument components.
