DESCRIPTION: The Apollo is a polyethylene version of a modified egg-shaped tank with a 230-gallon capacity. It provides an alternative to bin ferments with a 19-inch diameter top opening with a lid closure and pressure relief valve for no fruit fly contamination. Post-ferment pomace may be tipped directly into the press with a forklift. Post-harvest, the vessel can be used as a storage tank with a slightly oxidative environment. Temperature control accessories are also available.
