DESCRIPTION: T.W. Boswell has launched the innovative Red Wine Barrel Fermentation Option, making it easy for T.W. Boswell wine barrels to be used as oak fermenters. Three adjustable hoops can be loosened or tightened with a standard socket wrench or high impact drill. Also, the head of the barrel has two fittings that allow a handle to be attached, which makes it easy to control and position the head during removal/entry into the barrel croze.
