DESCRIPTION: The FOSMOS pouch is a unique concentration product designed for the concentration of juice or must during cooler growing seasons or in cooler climates. It requires no electricity or pressure to operate and is simply placed in the grape juice prior to fermentation. Only water crosses the forward osmosis membrane barrier. It can also be used for alcohol reduction trials with as little as 750ml of wine.
