Oeneo and François Frères Cooperage Negotiate Sale of Radoux

Oeneo and François Frères Cooperage have entered into exclusive negotiations for the sale of the Radoux division and ProNektar brand according to a press advistory issued by Oeneo.

According to the statement, in case of a favorable outcome of negotiations, an agreement of sale will take place only after employee representatives are consululted and a sale is approved by the board of Oeneo.
