Vin65, the leading provider of wine ecommerce software, today launched their integration with Intuit QuickBooks business accounting software. This integration is a hosted service that automatically synchronizes order data, customers, and inventory between the Vin65 Platform and QuickBooks.

Designed specifically to avoid double entry, the QuickBooks integration frees Vin65 clients from manual data upkeep. Vin65 clients benefit from this because there is less time and maintenance required to keep wine ecommerce store and QuickBooks info accurate.

The Vin65 Platform QuickBooks integration includes:

* Customer Synchronization: Synchronizes Customers between Vin65 and QuickBooks. (All customer changes and additions are pushed in both directions).
* Order Synchronization: Synchronizes Orders between Vin65 and QuickBooks. (Invoices from QuickBooks flow up to the web and are available in the customer's order history online. Orders from Vin65 flow down to QuickBooks as Sales Receipts and are attached to the QuickBooks Customer record)
* Inventory Synchronization: Orders pushed to QuickBooks will decrement QuickBooks Inventory. Inventory from QuickBooks is pushed up to the web to keep your website in sync.

How Does It Work?
The Vin65 QuickBooks integration is built with the free QuickBooks Web Connector and will either automatically (i.e. every hour) or at the push of a button synchronize your data between QuickBooks and Vin65. This integration works with every modern version of QuickBooks.
