Job Description:

Long Meadow Ranch Winery & Farmstead is a destination experience in St. Helena featuring a wine tasting room, restaurant and farmers market. Located in the western hills of Napa Valley, the Ranch is a 650 acre diversified organic farming operation.

This position is a full time Marketing & Sales Assistant position that reports to the Marketing and Media Manager

Core Responsibilities:
Support Sales and Marketing team:
Web site Maintenance
Assist with weekly email blast
Assist with marketing collaterals creation
Assist with packaging development
Data base entry and maintenance
Help coordinate and staff wine club and other special events
Assist with design of collateral materials and direct marketing campaigns
Answer consumer inquiries, take phone orders
Process online orders
Arrange order fulfillment via third party vendors
General administrative & customer service support


The ideal candidate will multi-task, be pro-active, interact well with others and have a highly positive attitude.

Professional Requirements:
• Strong computer & web skills including Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, HTML, Access and CRM/salesforce experience
• Excellent written, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience with editing and proofreading
• Demonstrates initiative at problem-solving
• Fast learner, reliable, and flexible
• California Driver’s license
• Be able to lift 30+ pounds as a condition for employment
