Requirements of the ideal candidate:
Candidate must be hands on, dependable, and self starting.
Strong commitment to quality with attention to detail.
Strong team player.
Graduated High School as an academic minimum.
Some knowledge and experience with all cellar equipment beneficial.
Good problem solving abilities along with basic logistic skills required.
Ability to work shifts/weekends.
Knowledge of safe cellar practices, including safe handling of chemicals.
Ability to be trained in confined space entry process and procedures.
Knowledge of winery cellar operating procedures.
Ability to understand and perform mathematic calculations.
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Forklift certified is an asset but not required.
First aid is an asset but not required.
Ability to lift 55 lbs.
Ability to work at heights.
Your own transportation is required.
