Quintessential Wines Appoints Marie Silberstein as Pacific Northwest Sales Manager
Quintessential Wines, the import, marketing and sales company representing top-quality family-owned wineries from around the world, has announced the appointment of a new sales person to handle the Pacific Northwest (Oregon and Washington State).
Marie Silberstein joins Quintessential after 12 years experience on the wholesale side of the wine industry. She started with Olinger Distributing Company in Indianapolis in 1999 as a territory manager for their wine and spirits portfolio, moving to the company’s fine wine division, In Vie, in 2005. Still in Indianapolis, Marie joined Republic National Distributing Company (RNDC) in 2009, where she rose to Field Marketing Manager in the Alpha Division, leaving that position to move to the Pacific Northwest for Quintessential, where she reports to Jill Stacey, Regional Manager.
A graduate of Beloit College in Beloit, Wisconsin, Marie holds a BS in Economics and Business Management and became a Certified Specialist of Wine (CSW) through courses with Society of Wine Educators. She is engaged and currently resides in Seattle, Washington.
