Zepponi & Company Appoints David Von Stroh as Senior Vice President
Zepponi & Company, provider of merger and acquisition advisory services to the global wine industry, announces the addition of David Von Stroh as a Senior Vice President. The company also hired Denise Weinert as an Associate. With the hires of Von Stroh and Weinert, the firm’s expansion to nine professionals makes it the largest wine industry merger and acquisitions advisory firm.
Von Stroh comes to Zepponi & Company with over a decade of experience in investment banking and corporate advisory services, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and equity and debt financing. Von Stroh began his investment banking career in New York City at Chase and then JP Morgan. Most recently, Von Stroh was Vice President at MC Advisors where he provided sell-side and buy-side investment banking representation to middle market companies in the beverage, food and technology industries.
