Torii Mor Winery, an artisanal producer of cool climate varietals located in the heart of Oregon’s Northern Willamette Valley in the Dundee Hills AVA, has appointed Todd Stewart as their new National Sales Manager. In addition to managing sales and support to all current distribution and export partners, Stewart will also oversee the brand's market development as Torii Mor Winery continues to grow.

Stewart comes to Torii Mor with 11 years of fine wine experience, including nine years of sales in the wholesale channel and two years of wine retail management. Before moving West, Stewart spent the previous four years with The Country Vintner in Charlotte, NC, as a key accounts representative. His extensive experience with relationship building, thoughtful territory management and creative sales technique will give him the framework to flourish in his new position.

Todd is engaged to Margaret Barry, another Charlotte native who also manages sales in the Oregon wine industry. The couple is set to be wed in Charleston, South Carolina in August, 2011.

Torii Mor is a LIVE, inc certified vineyard and winery that was established in 1993 by Don Olson, MD. Torii Mor Winery is committed to preserving the environment by making ecologically smart business choices and farming in a sustainable, gentle way. Torii Mor’s home vineyard, “Olson Estate” was planted in 1972, making it one of Oregon’s oldest plantings of pinot noir.
