Winery Exchange is pleased to announce the promotion of John MacLeod to Director of Sales, West and Tony Olszewski to Director of Sales, East. In their new positions they will be responsible for Echelon sales, distributor management and new business development for the newly established National Brand Division.
John has over 11 years experience in the wine industry. Before joining Winery Exchange in late 2003, John worked with the on-premise division at Pacific Wine & Spirits selling major national brands to key accounts and driving sales through by-the-glass and wine list programs. John also spent four years as the Midwest Regional Manager at Palm Bay Imports, managing a sales team, pricing, revenue and margin contribution goals. His extensive experience working with distributor networks including SWS, Glazer’s and control states in the West will help take Echelon and the new National Brands Division to new heights.
