Jackson Family Wines Promotes Melissa Stackhouse to Pinot Noir Winemaster

Winemaker Melissa Stackhouse has assumed the role as Pinot Noir Winemaster for Jackson Family Wines. In her role as Pinot Noir Winemaster for Jackson Family Wines, Stackhouse will oversee all of the Pinot Noir programs for the company. Her experience with this exacting varietal will be a valuable asset for Jackson Family Wines which has a substantial focus on Pinot Noir producing wine regions. Additionally, Melissa will continue to play a valuable role as part of the blending panel for La Crema.

In a move designed to provide a seamless transition and enhance overall wine quality, Jackson Family Wines announces a sequence of winemaking promotions at La Crema winery. This series of advancements also includes Associate Winemaker Elizabeth Grant-Douglas advancing to Winemaker and Assistant Winemaker Eric Johannsen takes on the Associate Winemaker position.
