A to Z Wineworks, Oregon's leading wine producer, has appointed Ron Mertz as President of Sales, based in Overland Park, Kansas.
Ron Mertz joins A to Z Wineworks after leading both large established firms as well as entrepreneurial businesses. Most recently as President of US Operations for Villa Maria Estate, Ron established a new route to market across the US. Ron was previously with Lion Nathan-USA, which acquired Cumulus Wines Inc., where Ron was Managing Director and Founder. Prior to that, Ron held senior management positions with Foster's Wine Estates, Southcorp Wines, Rosemount Estates and Johnson Brothers Liquor Company.
