Della Toffola USA, distributor of technologically advanced winemaking equipment, is pleased to announce the recent appointment of Emanuele Fiorentini as Sales Area Manager for the California Central and Southern Coast wine growing regions. He was most recently the Technical Sales Area Manager for Prospero Equipment Co. in Napa and Sonoma where he delivered excellent service both in the design and amelioration of new wineries’ grape processing and bottling installations, building long lasting relationships with most of the highly acclaimed wineries. Emanuele resides in Templeton with his wife Jordan, winemaker for Epoch Estate Wines.
