As TGIC’s business continues to expand and grow, Shawn Loggins has been appointed the position of Vice President, Sales in Marketing. In this new role, Shawn will effectively become TGIC’s National Sales Manager with the US sales team and managers reporting to him while continuing to integrate marketing strategies designed to grow sales.
In the past year as Director of Marketing, Shawn has been instrumental in developing a comprehensive coupon program, brand standards and information books, social media communication and branding TGIC and its wineries in multiple media channels.
“Shawn’s understanding of sales and marketing and how the two are intertwined make him a valuable resource to TGIC and should help all of us grow the brands to the next level,” said Bob Guinn, Senior Vice President of TGIC Importers, Inc. “Shawn will report to me and I will continue to focus TGIC efforts into becoming one of the leading wine companies in the US,” added Guinn.
Loggins brings over 25 years of sales and marketing experience with retailers, wholesalers and suppliers. Prior to TGIC, Loggins was President and CEO of Trentadue Winery located in the Alexander Valley within Sonoma County. Previous to Trentadue Winery, Loggins was a founding member of IPR Sales and Marketing – a full service sales and marketing agency dedicated to the adult beverage business.
