Palm Bay International announced the appointment of Stephanie Kubacki as Senior Director of Marketing for Palm Bay International Spirits. In this newly-created position, Ms. Kubacki will oversee strategic development, consumer and trade advertising and key initiatives for Palm Bay’s growing spirits portfolio including Aperol, Skinnygirl Margarita, Frapin Cognac and other world-class brands.

Ms. Kubacki will be based in New York, reporting to Alain Barbet, President of Palm Bay International Spirits.

Stephanie Kubacki has worked in the beverage alcohol industry for over 12 years and has extensive experience in strategic and commercial brand marketing. She started her career with Bacardi Canada Inc. where she held numerous positions, eventually leading the Bacardi Rums portfolio marketing group. Most recently Ms. Kubacki was with Diageo North America where she spent over 4 years as Director of Marketing for the state of California. In this position, she led the multi-channel team that customized corporate spirits brand programs and drove local marketing initiatives to fit the needs of the diverse CA market. She also spent 2 years working in various positions with the U.S. on- and off-premise National Accounts Teams.
