Todd served as CFO and member of the Board of Directors of brandbase Holdings, Inc., an incubator of action and snowsports brands. Prior to joining brandbase, he was the CFO and corporate controller of Spyder Active Sports, a worldwide leader in ski apparel. Todd has also held senior financial positions at Airwalk International, Southwest Products Company, and Sunbase Asia.
